You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus the original outbound and inbound shipping charges which will be deducted from your purchase. Certain items which are considered consumable and fragile, like wafer probe tips, are not returnable.
For items damaged or lost in transit from us, you are responsible for handling and filing any claims directly with your shipping/delivery company.
All other returns require pre-authorization prior to them being returned to us. RA's are requested by sending an email to email@example.com: Without a return authorization(RA), the returned item will either be refused or charged a 20% restocking fee. RA's will be issued under the following conditions:
a) We refund the full cost of the merchandise and all original shipping charges if your return is a result of our error or a product with a manufacturing defect.
b) Warranty returns.
All returned items will be inspected. Items must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as sold, and must include all product literature/instructions. Please don't narkup or damage the manufacturer's original packaging. Items that have damaged or taken apart will not be accepted for return.
